Tim
Weaver’s flair in the kitchen developed at an early age with the guidance of
his mother. Tim’s creativity and love for cooking emerged from being tasked
with “putting dinner on the table” for the family.With no boundaries or supervision he
experimented and created food that was nutritional and pleasing to the eye.Tim soon realized cooking was not a chore but
a pleasure, giving him the opportunity to combine his natural visual talents
with his culinary skills.
Tim pursued
his true passion for culinary excellence by entering Le Cordon Bleu, College of
Culinary Arts, finishing at the top of his class and graduating with highest
honors. Tim has since worked at some of the top restaurants and resorts in
the United States.
Utilizing
his entrepreneurial spirit of creativity that has allowed Tim to develop unique
and creative flavors, Tim has recently decided to combine his two passions of
food and fitness. He now enjoys creative independence as a personal chef and is
excited about the daily opportunities to help people achieve a healthy
lifestyle through proper nutrition.
